This presentation will explore the development, implementation, and impact of the North West Leicestershire Women’s Health Hub, a pioneering pharmacist-led initiative designed to improve access, equity, and quality of care for women’s health services within primary care.

I will discuss how the hub evolved from a specialist menopause clinic into a comprehensive women’s health service, integrating pharmacist-led models with multidisciplinary collaboration. Key highlights will include service design, stakeholder engagement, overcoming resistance, and achieving sustainability in a primary care setting.
